Psychological Services

 

I provide psychological support for children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and life challenges. Therapy is tailored to each individual and focuses on practical evidence-based strategies that support wellbeing and meaningful change.

Who I work with

Children

I support children experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, friendship challenges and school-related stress. My work with children usually involves collaboration with parents to support consistent and practical strategies across home and school.
